For the last four years I’ve worked as a psychiatry registrar in front-line public health services in Australia, helping those with both acute and chronic mental health issues. This has allowed me to see firsthand the nature of mental health issues that can arise from modern living. Through understanding how modern culture affects our mental health, we can learn better ways to live harmoniously with our environment.
I focus on practical, evidence-based self-help that has the potential to make a difference when put to action.
